You bought a ticket at Eventim or another advance booking office?
Tickets from other advance booking offices should only be returned there. We cannot refund them.

Have you bought a ticket in our shop or at one of our shows?
Please submit the tickets for a refund under https://paddyhats-shop.com/ticketerstattung/ . Please fill in all form fields and send it off. You will then receive a confirmation by e-mail. We will try to process it quickly, but we still ask you to be patient for a few days.
